Hi,some one can give me information related to resignation as per labor law? Actually i am working with a private firm in Qatar since two plus seven months,now i am planning to resign immediately ,my question is when i put my resignation what are the formalities i need to follow ? if my company is not accept my resignation what i can do ?as per my contract i am having 30 days notice period,if the company is not doing my clearance with this period what step i need to take and when ?how will be the labor court formalities ?
Not accepting resignation - is becoming routine problem nowadays in Qatar!
for me also same problem. i finished my 3 yrs contract , now i given my resignation with 1 month notice , but company not approved , so what step i want to do? plz give some solution !!
if u don't want to come back in qatar, take leave and go back to ur home country .........come after 2 years of ban
If you have a clause in the contract for 30 days notice period then you can submit your resignation with enough notice period and your Company is obliged to accept it.
I got a booklet from Indian Embassy and in that it was written about Qatar law and it said during dispute between sponcer and employee , sponcer will bear the expence like stay and food because employee will not get salary so how will he stay in Qatar
