QP policy on giving offer letter?

I received email from QP that i passed the medical exam and I should provide QP first the NOC so that my offer letter be released.
I showed the email to my comapany but didn't accept it. unfortunately, they need a copy of the offer letter which is a proof that I have accepted a job in QP in order to grant my NOC.
I talked with QP Recruitment Supervisor but also refuses to give the offer letter. He told me no offer letter if no NOC from me.
Now I'm in a difficult situation.
Is this the standard policy of QP?

I have ask QP to just provide an official letter stating the same content in the email but still refuse to give. He told me that only the email he can provide. But my company will not give me NOC because email is unofficial. What else i can do?
My friend be very careful!.I think you must get offer letter first before your current company could issue you NOC; that goes with logic actually.Now, you are not 100% sure that QP will offer you a job post because anything can happen after you get NOC. For example, getting NOC means that your have resign from your current company, so what will you do if you don’t get any good result from QP after your resignation? Please don’t buy fish in water!

For Semi/Government by default the need NOC before the will provide a official Job Offer Letter but beforehand the will discuss the benefits verbally & salary before the Job offer to be sign by both parties. This is the assurance that you have the NOC before the will process your papers so you need to provide NOC to QP before the will provide the official job offer.

IF YOU ARE APPLYING FOR NON TECHNICAL JOB THEN FORGET THIS COMPANY CID BASICALLY WILL NOT PROVIDE CLEARANCE IF YOUR JOB BELONGS TO QATARIZATION. IT HAPPENS TO ME TWO MONTHS AGO.
BUT IF CAN NEGOTIATE YOUR CURRENT SPONSOR THAT YOU WILL RESIGN AFTER THE CHANGE SPONSORSHIP HAS BEEN DONE. THIS IS THE SAFEIST WAY OR YOU END UP NOTHING.

Presently you are working as an employee in a company and under their sponsership. So you must be submit NOC from your present company to QP. Then only they can access to your New Visa process. I think your present company is trying to make more truobles. Anyway best of Luck........Try to condact your HR dept and get the NOC ASAP.
