Re-entry thru Business Visa

Hi All,

One of my friend has recently moved to a new job in Dubai. His current employer wants him to attend a conference in Qatar.
We just wanted to know if the 2-year ban will apply even if you enter the country thru business VISA.
I searched a lot for an answer in relevant forums since i couldn't find one, writing it here. Anyone please clarify.

Yes if he have a valid UAE residents permit then he can enter here in Qatar on Business visit.

Otherwise he need NOC.

Yes, he can enter on Business or Visit Visa. BAN is on work visa only.
