Regarding NOC

I came here in Qatar as a Business Visa or visit Visa and i join one company as a IT Engineer when i finish my contract 2 yrs or before i leave this company...Company should give me NOC or not....is there any rule for this.....plz plz suggest me...i need ur help or suggestion.
YES its correct it is company discretion to give NOC.
There is No rule that company must give NOC.....,it is company's discretion to give NOC or Not.
if ure current company is ur sponsor n their name is in ure ID & passport then u will need NOC
my company already change my visa as visit visa to Employment just i need to confirm company will give me NOC or not, is there any rule for this...
being here on Business visa or Visit Visa, you dont need NO NOC, just fing a job ask them to get you a work visa and dats it. All you need is to do the IN OUT thingy n dats IT!!!
