Regarding Visit Visa Renewal

Dear Friends,
I joined in one private company on october 4 2011.
Since my company could not get RP visa, i came 2 times in Business Visit visa ( 3 months period each with renewing every month ).
Now on April 29 my visa is getting expired, So is it possible to get RP without Exit or i should go to India to get Permanent RP.
Please suggest me friends

it is possible to get RP without exit but the problem is, how long it will take to process your RP. Other companies can process it within 2-3 weeks but others take months to process. since the expiration of your visa is almost near, definitely they you have to pay for the penalty until your RP is process...
