rejected visa
Anyone there who knows well enough, need some of your ideas please:
1. Any factors that affect the approval of work visit visa?
2. How many weeks would it take for the reapplication of work visit visa if the first application was denied?
3. What if the company has lots of branches with different business permits, however using the other business permit of the company on the reapplication of the same denied visa holder, would it still take couple of weeks to wait before u can do another application of the same denied visa holder?
4. Who is really denied here? The company who applied the visa or the visit visa holder?
P.S. The applicant or visit visa holder had a previous work visit visa from a different company but already cancelled and returned to her own country, had over-staying issues but under the liability of the previous company, however, the visa holder doesn't have a resident visa yet.
