Required information about Visa and NOC rules
I have been working here in qatar for last 4 years. Now I have a better offer from another company in Qatar itself. but my current company wont give NOC or release. So Wat should I do.. Is there any options to join other company without getting NOC from the present company? Wat r the Qatari rules regarding this matter?
is that same with cabin crews?
do you think ; will they accept to give NOC to a crew which worked 9 months and kicked!?

qatar rules regarding this matter are to get your current sponsor's approval of your transfer of sponsorship to another company. No any other way.
Let me just remind you that you are a slave of your employer. They have the authority to give you or not give you an NOC.
Without an NOC the only option is come back after 2 years.
I dont mean to be harsh but that the way it is here in Qatar. We are all slaves
You surely need an NOC there is no other option.
