Guys Can anyone tell me that the restriction on Qatar that one cannot switch to another company untill and unless you get NOC from your current employer, will this be how long. I heard that in Other gulf countries this restriction has been over. Any suggestion on this??

Please note that if you enter Qatar with Work Visa and start the process for Stamping the work permit even if you sign the contract and you are not sure that you want continue with your company.

Dont stamp the work permit in your passport for the firest three months and get a exit permit and leave Qatar so any new company can get you new visa.

Dear gauravlng , this is absolutely true. If you sign your contract with a company here, this company becomes your sponsor. You cannot change company without having the NOC. If your visa / contract is cancelled then you will have 2 years ban period. So, you will not be able to come back to Qatar for 2 years. Better make a good choice at the beginning. Good Luck
