Hi all!

Just wanted your help about visa transfers. I was before under my husband sponsorship (salary reqt was 7500) then got a work and transferred my visa to working for 3 years now. I want to leave my job and be a full time mother to our 1 yr old baby. However am worried with the new rule 10k plus salary bracket whether my visa will be transferred if my husband is still having an 7500 pm salary. Kindly give us an advice or share your experience. Thanks and appreciate much your help

yes, I have read about that...but if they will release me I mean I can still find another work...?but much better if my visa will be able to transfer...we will still try and probably just see how it goes.

Company NOC has nothing to do with the salary requirement.

yeah am having that doubt too...but my company can probably give me an NOC. Just want to be under my husband sponsorship. thanks anyway

I am afraid, you will not be able to transfer the visa to your husband at that salary.
