I'm currently work with QA. I'm planing to resign in few month and getting married later. just so you know no NOC provided.

will i be under 2 years of ban if i come back as a husband visa? some said i have to wait for 6 months for re turn to the contry. anyone have any idea about this case?

You can able to enter in Qatar Family Visit visa if he want to provide the RP , you must to collect the NOC from your previous employer.

Since you will be coming back under your husband visa, the ban will not be applicable as it is only for working visas. even without NOC there is no issues for you to return under husband visa. I did the same thing for my wife before, her employer did not give her NOC and I just told her to resign and come back under my visa.
