hi everyone. I have been in the country for sometime now. I have undergone medicals same week i came here. and my father's company signed and sent my documents to Immigration same week after Eid. I hear i will be called for fingerprint. but it seems it is taking too long. I want to know how many weeks it normally takes and whether i will do medicals again or not. Also i want to how how long i will get the RP after i have done the fingerprint because no company is ready to employ me without RP and i need it fast to start working. Thanks for your positive answers.

thank you. before, i came here on a visit visa. so i went for medicals and after 3days i went to madinat khalifa and i was given 5 months extension. then i decided to stay so my dad applied though his company and they signed. but for me , it is taking too long because it is over 3 weeks and i have still not heard anything. the company said they have sent the document to immigration but i wonder if it is being delayed at the immigration what.

you should push the PROs to clear your medical. THey have to check it online. If medical isn't cleared in 3-4 days, PROs have to check what the problem is. If there is a problem with your result, it is very lengthy and costly process to clear it, as you will have to undergo some medical treatment in private clinic. If your result is Ok, it should be cleared in 3-4 days, and you can go for the fingerprints. After fingerprints your RP can be stamped next day.
