rp delay?

i came to qatar on 29th dec 2010 on work visa.
my medical &finger print got over on 6th & 13th of feb 2011 respectively. i haven't got my rp stamped yet and also my id card. can i apply for a visiting visa for my wife at this stage? why is the rp getting delayed? i was in qatar earlier.(i was born here n made an exit by cancelling my visa on 3rd april 2000)
can anybody tell me what to do?

your way too much delayed at your state...though mine was delayed too but i came here last january present year they give my rp after a month...

i dont think you could file any visit visa for your family unless you have your rp as main requirement other than bank statement....what is your nationality by the way???
