RP IS NOT STAMPED but medical and finger print is over , company changing possible or not ???

Hi
I am in a work visa . I reached here 2 months before. My rp is not stamped, but medical test and finger print is over. I got another good offer from another company . I want to change my visa to new company. Its possible(with Noc ) or not???, please help me

you already had a working visa with your present sponsor, you cannot transfer work as you wish unless they provide you with NOC, btw your sponsorship cannot be transferred if it is less than 1 year.

Yes exactly..NOC is must to switch off the job to another..Half of the formalities to get the work visa has been over for you..So nothing can be done....All the best..

No...you cannot unless you have an NOC issued to you by the 1st Company who sponsors you.
