I will be flying to Dubai. Paying off my balance installments for my car to the bank and getting the car registered to my name. Getting export number plates and driving my car back to Doha. The only trouble is, I need a transit visa for Saudi. One of the requirement for transit visa is to have the car registered in my name... which I don't as yet. Any advice on how else I can get a transit visa for Saudi.

when you go to dubai and get the car in your name, then go to any service agent in dubai to apply for a transit visa with your name and with your car, i think you will get within 3 working days

As you are bring the car from UAE to Qatar via Sauid. Then you need the services of Visa agents in the UAE who can get you the Transit Visa. Please consult some Visa Agency in UAE.
