I need to apply for Schengen visa, I should be travelling around September 14 to Portugal. As far as I know there is no embassy for Portugal in Doha. So which embassy can gives the visa with the least processing time? Any advice or help is appreciated...

it is the french embassy who gives visas to portugal so please don't give info unless u r sure it is correct

You can approach Italian embassy , french embassy will not give you unless your entry point is in France . But Italian embassy are very helpful and takecare of portugal , sweden and other countries who do not have embassy here .

French Emabassy takes 2 to 3 days but I am not sure if they act on behalf of Portugal. You might have to use the Spanish embassy. I suggest you call and ask.
