My brother just 3 months back he got a job in a company and stamped a work permit visa. Due to recession company permitted him to work with other employer for temporarily. Shall I know is it possible and legal to work with another company with the NOC of the Current sponsor? IF yes, what the NOC format required to contain ? Expecting ur valuable comments.
what salah2008 said its 100% correct , he has to complete one year a minimum to get NOC from Immigration office which will be valid for 6 months(can be renewed under
Circumstances)this is as a temporary solution only.
even if he is looking to change his sponsor (transffering sponsorship) he has to complete 1 year as a minimum.

Well this is the fact.
After rp stamp in passport, not much can be done.
NOC no NOC he is working illegally with the other company.
Secondment is not allowed before 1 year and only valid for 6 months (not renewable)
The only option he has, is to get NOC from old sponsor, cancel his RP and come back on a new visa with the new company using the NOC
This has been answered lot of time.Why do you not spare time and have a search! btw yes you can get permission from immigration dept for deputation(eaara in arabic).It will valid for 6 months and can extend once more.
