what is the procedure for join new company before completion one year with existing company?
what is the minimum working period in existing sponsor?
Existing company agree to give NOC, and I allready complete eight month with existing sponsor.
Is it possible to change sponsorship now?
My understanding is that you can not change SPONSOR until you have been with them for 12 months.
You can still change EMPLOYERS. Your current employer/sponsor must permit you to work for another company, but your Visa will stay under the 1st company for 12 months. When the 12 months is done you can change Sponsor.
