Can anyone please tell me that how many days sponsorship transfer will take ..... Immigration told us that they need "MOWAFIKA" from Immigration department ... Can anybody also tell me regarding this "MOWAFIKA" for what it needs....
hi seemi! the sponsorship transfer duration sometimes depends on the ability of the mandoub (liason officer) to do the transaction in the immigration. if you are under sponsorship of one company to be transfered to another company, you will need to get NOC plus computer card of the previous company then the mowafaqa (visa approval), visa application form duly signed by the authorized personnel of the new company and computer card. however, even if you have all of these, it is only the mandoub of the company who can transact in the immigration. so it will again, depend on the mandoub.
