Sponsorship Transfer - Restriction

My current employer issued me the NOC.

My the then new employer submitted the transfer documents to the ministry.

But they say there are some restrictions in the transfer. The candidates have to visit the ministry personally to clear it. 90% it will work and 10% they don't agree to transfer.

Anybody faced the same situation please?

Would appreciate for your information.

People say it takes about three working days to a week.

Think positive. Obviously the authorities are trying to reduce expat manpower in certain roles, but hopefully you'll be ok
