Your wife definitely need an NOC from her sponsor before you can transfer her visa to your sponsorship, although she is your wife the law is vice versa, like if you are her sponsor before other company can hire her, they will require an NOC from you.

Thanks Armhie !!All I wonder is as to why a husband needs NOC from an outsider to sponsor his own wife ?? But this is the law & we all have to obey.

Before I was under company sponsorship and because I got pregnant and the authorities need that my sponsorship be from my husband.

And the main requirements is the NOC from my company and without it, they cannot transfer my sponsorship.

Anyway, you can check with immigration office about the latest requirement, but always remember that here in Qatar; they always require the NON OBJECTION CERTIFICATE in most cases.

And just for your information, your salaries should be more than 4,500.00 monthly and you have a bank statement showing your salaries for at least 3 months.
