You can Install Metrash 2 from play store to your smartphone. Sign up with required credentials. Then you can make return permit your self paying QR 500 per person.

Give correct mail address, to get the return permit send to that address.

you can send it to your family and keep a print out when they come.

Some airports ask for that when come after 6 months.

If ur family spent more then six months like 8,9or 10 months and now wants to come back u just need to fill form called return visa form and go to airport immigration and deposit qr.500 per person as return visa fees and they will issue return visa. It will be valid for one month. Remember the stay out side qatar is 11 months ur family must come before completing 12 months

I know about the 14 days return visa, then i have to cut short my vacation for 10-12 days can't take the risk of coming on the 14 day. I was thinking of the other option where it is to be applied in Airport Immigration just like Return visa or in normal Immigration, and as i can't speak arabic it is very difficult to get information from Immigration counter. Wherever we check people say about the 14 days option but not many people know about the 2nd option.

14 days means, the person can stay outside Qatar more than 6 month until 1 year, when he want to come before completing one year the sponsor need to go immigration department and pay 500 riyal, after pay 500 riyal its validity is 14 days.

other option also applicable , that way is before completing 6 month need to pay 500 hundred.

the person should have valid qatar RP

You need to go to Immigration department with your wife passport copy & visa page and then you need to pay some fine and they will renew it. You can go to Immigration Department in Gharafa area in First or second floor where the are giving the entry permission. But you family need to have your valid visa & the person should enter within fourteen days of getting paying penalty.
