I would like to hear from anyone that has been sucessful in getting a visa for a step child. Could you tell me what process you followed and what forms you submitted.

I already have a residence permit. My daughter's surname on her birth certificate is the same as my wife's maiden name, and my wife has sole custody over my daughter. My wife has taken my surname after getting married.

I am in the process of applying, but have read quite a few posts on QL, but cannot get a definite answer to my question.
