termination notice
ive worked six months in qatar only.. my termination was served in the morning and was repatriated in the afternoon. in the employment offer or contract, its stated that notice should be given atleast a month.. can i still do something about it now that im back here in my home country?
to lovely_ria: i didnt even sign a contract with them when i get to qatar.. im only basing it on my employment offer.. coz thats what theyve given us.. our probation is good for three months only and ive passed the probation period.. when they disposed me, no cancellation of contract was given (how can they when i dont have a contract with them? just that employment offer).....

the probation period stated in our contract is three months only.. and i didnt do anything legal.. they did something to me that could harm them thats why they s0lve it by disp0sing me..
Six Month Contract is a probationary period.
After Six month of probationary period if you are physically fit the Company will give a permanent Contract but if not they will give you an cancellation contract or finish to your job meaning that you cannot pass your probationary period...

Depend my friend . if you did something illegal that mean without notice you can be terminated..
Or if they terminat you by mood then go complain in Labor department.

just take a rest in your happy home and try for new job in other country if you dont have NOC, that required to come back in Qatar.
