Is there any rule for getting visit visa that marriage certificate is attested from Delhi foreign affairs.

Actually i have no time to sign in the corporation office after marriage.Thats why i dont have the original marriage certificate.i have only the marriage certificate from the church.But in that certificate there is no seal of government.only seal of church.Foreign affairs spoke me to attest the original from the foreign affairs of Delhi.Thatswhy i need the actual answer about this.please give the answer.

however rules are often changing day by day for the visa and permits,better contact authorised person and get details,,,it is guddddddd

i think there is not required,for visit visa just bring passport and dats all aply for visit visa
