Dear

If your visa was already stamped cancelled by the immigration=> then there is no need of a exit permit.

But,Please make sure that you leave the country within seven days from the date of cancellation of your visa, otherwise every day after these seven days will be considered as over stay and you might then require a exit permit from your sponsor which will be issued by the immigration upon paying fine QR. 10/- for each over stayed day.

Good luck

Cheers

Better get the exit permit. It is a matter of 5 minutes.
