want to apply for visit visa for my parents.Can i submit it in the evening today.(Thursday) Wht r the working hrs today?

you can submit it any time until 12:00 noon if in immigration for a family visa (6 months family visa).

in the afternoon you submit through Qatar airways "tourist" visa and this will take maximum of 3 days to be issued.

there are applications you have to fill along with the documents proof the relationship.
