I would like to apply the tourist visa(30Days)for my parents.what are the documents needed and how can I apply?.is it possible to submit the application in Airport emmigration and up to what time during day they are accepting the application.Plesae give me the details

I believe they are not accepting any request at the airport immigration since last 6 months. It has been stopped !!!!
