I just have a question. I made a training here in doha. I was supposed to stay here for a year but i decided to finish my trainig after 6 months instead.

The problem is I want to travel to Malaysia one week before my training ends. I got the permission already but now HR dep. is telling me that if I want to travel at this time I have to resign for this date instead of one week later. they will cancel my residence permit.

It would be ok for me but i really need to come back after my trip to malaysia for a week as my mother is coming to visit me.

my question is, is it posible to get a tourist visa when i come back? I am German and get a tourist visa upon arrival but I don't know if I will also get it in this case or if I have to wait for 6 months to come back.
