Tourist visa to family visit visa
Dear All,
I bring my family and son on tourist visa to Qatar.
I had arranged all the documents required to get the family visit visa like employment contract,attested copy of Marriage certificate and birth certificate from indian embassy/MOFA Qatar,tenant agreement etc .
I have the following queries i.e.
1.Is it possible to transfer tourist visa to Family visit?
2.If answer to the first question is NO ,please tell me can i apply family visit visa before there exit?
3.After exiting Qatar,what is the minimum time required for them to entry the Qatar again(If i get family visit visa)?
4.If the answer to first question is yes,please let me know the procedure to convert tourist to family visit visa.
5.If i went for conversion(tourist to family visit) and the request get rejected,in how much time can i re-apply for the family visit visa?
6.The agency which has issued the Tourist visa is not ready to provide the NOC but i had the NOC from my sponsor.Is it ok?
7.Is it mandatory to exit ,if you enter Qatar with tourist visa?
Please all the members ,help me ,the tourist visa is expiring on 18 may ,please reply quickly ,so ,that i can proceed.

You can convert tourist visa to family visit visa if the current sponsor (Hotel I guess) provides you NOC. I have done it for my mother in last month. Now she is on my sponsorship and on family visit visa.
If the current sponsor can not provide the NOC (travel agent case) then you have to exit. But still you can apply for family visit visa before leaving the Qatar, in this case your application will be on hold as the applicant is already in the country on different sponsorship. Then make a exit and the sponsor (you) should go to immigration office to convey them that the person is already left the country and please issue the visa. They will do it in same or in two days. There are people sitting on the last counters and you can to them to do it fast. Others will not understand.

If I tried to convert tourist visa to family visit and application gets rejected when can i re apply for family visit visa.
all r saying lie u can convert tourst to family visa and family permit there is no issue in it i have done 2 month ago
You can apply family visit visa right now. If visa application approve they should exit qatar and come back next flight. If any help 70108670
YOU CANNOT CONVERT TOURIST VISA TO FAMILY VISA.WHEN THEY EXIT FROM QATAR.APPLY FOR FAMILY VISIT IT WILL TAKE MAXIMUM 2 DAYS.AFTER GETTING VISA THEY ENTER IN QATAR.NEW LAW THEY CAN ENTER ANY TIME ON ANOTHER VISA.BEFORE LAW THEY MUST STAY OUT 3 MONTH.
