Transfer of employer

I am almost 2 months working here in qatar and i found out that my salary being offered is not big enough. I could earn more if i demand higher. And i want to find another job with higher paid. My contract stated that in event i will resign, my employer will send me back to my country since im in a probation for 6 months with unlimited contract afterwards. If i will find onother job here will the government grant me another visa even less than 6 months? What are my options since im getting low salary in mu current job.

Well I thought you were interested in tranferring your employer instead of you from your heading to this post. Well maybe tranferring the employer would be another option instead of an NOC

Hi, yes I do partially agree with the above posts:

1> Planning to leave your country of residence to work abroad is an important decision so you should have taken into consideration the pay package before finalizing the offer, but now that's the past.

2> I personally am not against any individual who takes a few frequent jumps in his initially career stages till the time he can prove that the jump was not a monetary inclination but provided him with a position of higher responsibility and deliver ability.

3> In the current case I would say stick with your current employer at least for a year at the same time self educate yourself with certifications/ corporate training that make you more marketable in the next job hunt phase.

4> If you follow point 3 above the next job jump would be better, long lasting and satisfactory for you.

Regards,

Ravin

i am sure your sign your contract before you read and accept the salary. after coming here you change your mind while earlier you want to come here with any cost.

Finally you are here. and your present Employer mention everything in Contract. he paid every thing for your process. which you will not understand.

next time analyses everything you sign any contract. you not only wasting your time and money also your employers.

and type of you people can not stay happy any where. so stop complaining and find another job and go away. Many are in line to waiting for you go and grab your present job.

Yours is a classic example of person wanting to find job abroad without realizing the salary structure he is into.

If I am an employer, I will send you home ASAP but will ban you for coming back. 2 years at least because person like you would always jump for every opportunity that comes along the way. Unprofessionalism at its worst.
