Transfer of Visa to another Co. during the 6 Month NOC period (Arra) is possible?

Dear Friends,

I am working in a Private co. with a 6 Month NOC (Arra). It will finish only after 2 months. Now I got a better offer from another Private Company. They need to transfer my Visa. Is it possible to transfer my visa to that Company. (I finished 1 Year on my Employment Visa). Please reply & help me on this subject.

If you completed your 1yr on your current "real" sponsor, your visa is transferable to another sponsor/company. Good luck!

I am also in the same situation. But only difference is I didn't got any othere oppurtunity
