Hi there!

I just want to know if there was any changes to transferring work visa to a new sponsor. I already finished my 1 year and 2 mos. with my previous company and One company called me and said they cannot transfer my visa to a new company unless I finished my 2 years with my previous company. They said this is the new rule... and I want to know if this is true? Because I work also before with s different company and I did not finished my 2 years (Only 1 and 5mos.) but they were able to transfer my visa. PLEASE HELP ME! many thanks
