Transferrable VISA

Hi ALL,

I just want to ask about transferrable visa...I handling working visa and Im done my finger print and medical but the stamping is not yet finish.My employer allow me to look for another job and now I found the new one and they are willing to give me visa...Im confused if do I need to exit qatar first before they will transfer my visa?and if ever who will shoulder my expenses if I will exit and return here...thank you a lot!!
