Travel without exit permit?

Dears,

I had my finger print and medical test for the process of getting residence id, but i still didnt sign any contract and the id is not issued yet....do i need an exit permit to travel at the airport?

yes if you entered here on employmet visa and stayed more than one month you should need a exit permit (but if you are cancelling your visa, that time a exit permit issued with validity of one week you have to leave before. othervise need issue again new Exit permit.
