urgent family visa question.. plz help

I recently applied to sponsor my two daughters, i'm here on work permit. it got accepted and i was given a recipet. i went to the labour office this morning and they gave me another paper with 2 barcodes and told me to take it to the immigration department. my driver got lost and then i had to go back to work for some urgent matters, before i knew it the day was over and i didnt go to immigration. Their visa's in their passports expire on the 22nd- after tomorrow!! my questions are:
1. what will i have to do in the immigration dept, what is the next step?
2.some ppl are telling me that i need to go to the medical commision first and THEN to the immigration but the lady in the labour told me go straight to immigration is she likely to be wrong?
3. am i safe now because they have been accepted or can i still get into trouble because the visas expire after one day?- we have been accepted but i havent gone to immigration yet. i am going tomorrow
4.? how long before this whole procedure is over ie how many more steps?
by the way i have been trying to phone the immigration office and labour dept all day for answers but nobody answers the fone..
go to immigration and fill the form sign it and all is done , you will get their visa , don't worry immigration are very very fast especially for the family visa , once the visa is done you can do the medical next week and no penality is applicable in this case but if you get their visa and the expiry of their visit visa , you have to pay just penality of 200 Qr./per day.
hurry and go to immigration no need to waste time and to keep calling , immigration are open from 6am to 1am.

She is right u hve to go straight to immigration it will be in the system,get the form type go to the officer get it sign or approved they will give u a token number go to the counter pay 200 for one month if u want to extend for 5 more months pay 1000/-they will extend.dont wast time or u hve to pay penalty 200 per day.dont get nerviuos it will be ok.It takes three working dyas for the medical report if there is any problem they will contact u to do the medical again.
