changing your passport once you get back home will not help you to get work here and get a job, its just the passport that you changed, remember we had our finger print here for police/identity record?? if you can then change your finger print then you can come back here anytime and work with your new passport.

Thanks for the information.. I would take the opportunity to ask some about legality of using software here in Qatar. my friend is working in a huge supplier company furniture, most of the clients are in government, By the way his work is IT manager, his working for 8 months now. Upon 8 months of working he's trying to legalize the software that the company he even writ a memo to inform the possible circumstance the company would get. Unfortunately the manager ignores him. Now he’s experiencing mal treatment against the manager. Now he is planning to report it to the authorities for the illegalities of the company. Hope you can advise me in this matter.

Thanks for the info,,Sorry if i may not make a further explanation, why i wanna change my passport into (machine readable passport) I would not re-enter qatar with fake documentation.I Would still undergo in legal process to change my passport by just submiting an afidavit .Afterwards the qatari will make sponsorship for me as a business visa, to work with his company.( work here as a business visa not working visa. And i will make an exit every 3 months and renew my visa. Yes i was cancelled here but there is a good national ()qatari) here who's giving me a job..

Thank you,JJH, I thought you was implying that there may be a combined policy for GCC countries on minimum time before re-entry. X

Nothing in particular as it's just lots of Filipino tend to take risk when it comes to documentation just to have the jobs out of country and it's understandable as they are ambitious to earn better wages. but what they don't know is the trouble they will face when they get here. If it is anywhere else, they just get deported, but I happen to know here in Middle East before they get deported they will be sent to jail. :( which is quite sad really. They have to be warn that when they travel be sure that everything is legal. just to be in a safe side.

Have a nice day!

JJH,Im Curious as to why you state middle east as opposed to Qatar. Any reason?

for the meantime, then after 2 years, if you really want to come back here? then you're safe to come back. Never take risk especially here in Middle East. good luck!

Have a nice day!

Why put yourself in a position where you may be prosecuted and even be treated as a criminal ?

Nowadays most passport are computerized readable and all the records here are also computerized your are just looking for trouble when you get back here. They are very strict nowadays and they know this strategy that is going on for years. like people are just changing their passport whenever they exit Middle East. If you have dual nationality that's another matter. I'm afraid you have to wait for 2 years to enter Middle East again.

Have a nice day!
