Dear,

I was worked in Qatar during the period January 2008 to January 2013 and I was resigned from my company in January 2013 and joined in Abudhabi in a new company. While i was resigned,my visa was not cancelled and stamped in my Passport. My visa expiry date was 28-January-2013.

I heared that the Qatar visa ban was 2 years from the date of expiry,if so i am eligible for a new visa in Qatar?

Please reply me soon...

You also have to find out if your previous employer has put a ban on you. If he has there is still an obstacle to consider for reapplication.

No..I resigned from my company.Due to emergency i was left Qatar on 20'th January 2013 without cancelling visa.I came to knew that since my visa is expiring on 28'th January 2013,there is no issue regarding visa cancellation and my visa will be automatically cancelled after expiry date.Is the visa expiry date and Residential Permit expiry date same or not?

What was the reason your visa was not cancelled? You just went on leave and never returned? So in 2 years you are fed up of AbuDhabi? Why don't you try Bahrain, Saudi or Oman? Diversified Gulf experience will give you more weight!!
