Hi, i left Doha 9months back and from my company i got end of service letter, due to some health problem i i did not go back, but now iam ok, i want to go back as i need of job and also i need to pay my dues to bank, In my passport it shows tat my visa is still valid, but when i check in MOI website it show my visa is expired and transferred to resident, what does it mean. if my company sends me the ticket can i fly with tat visa. my RP also still valid.

Even your Visa stamped on your passport still valid, you have stayed outside Qatar more than six months your visa will be automatically expired. However if you want to come back to Qatar with the same Sponsor it's possible, they will re apply you Work Visa.
