Hi!

You have to ask your friend in Dubai to get you one.

Send him/her a scanned copy of your passport thru email and the money for your visa and airfares.

Your friend will have to go to a travel agency here in Dubai.

Approximately it'll cost you 800/aed for the tourist visa which is good for 30 days, and can be extended for another 30 days with a fee of 600/aed.

For your arifares, its depends upon the availabily and timing. Usually if your friend will book your ticket a week before your travel date it'll cost you less. Approx. 1,000 - 1,200/aed for 2-way ticket.

Qatar Airways is slightly expensive as compared to Emirates Airlines.. but Air Arabia is the cheapest. However you will enter UAE via Sharja airport. But not bad, as Sharja is just 30 mins away from Dubai (without traffic).

Hope this helps...

Have a nice trip!
