Hi everyone !!!
I have some questions and I heard so many things that i'm no longer sure of anything si please advise me.
I'ts been three months since i'm working for a company and I want to resign. They won't give NOC for any reason.they Will cancel my visa and say I Will be banned from Qatar. I would like to know if i can come back on family visit visa. If i can what are the documents required? My husband has no tenancy contract or proof of adress but has NOC from his employer, more than 15000 QR salary, mariage certificate, passports, salary certificate. What else is needed?
Thanks for your replies !

Thank you all for your answers. I am not planning to work again in Qatar so the 2 years work ban won't really affect me. However my company told me that I would be banned for two years with no possibility of coming back on family visit visa, but i think they sais this just to scare me. Well, i went at the immigration office in Madinat Khalifa and they gave me a list of required documents for family visit visa and :( the leasing contract was mentionned :( i am so desperate!

Anyone who Got a family visit visa without leasing contract ???

you can resign and come back to qatar thru family visit visa but that would be valid for 6 months. but if you have plan to find a job, you are not allowed because of the 2 years ban that imposed to you. no need for the tenancy contract when applying for a family visit visa.

I think you might be able to transfer your visa to your husbands sponsorship without leaving the country. this should be possible for women.
