My friend(INDIAN) is working as a manager in qatar. His RP visa is going to complete on dec'10. He got one new job in qatar itself. He afraid of the visa procedure.

Once he went with the proper exit with cancel of current visa, after how many months he can come and when RP is possible?

Pls. give us the suggestion as per the current ministry rules.

He has to get NOC from previous employer otherwise 02 years ban is a must.So try to get NOC.Best Of Luck!!!!

he can come back within 24 hours as long as he have NOC from his past employer but if they will not give him NOC that would mean he will be banned for 2 years

If your friend's visa is cancelled and he can not get a NOC the ban is 2 years.

If he can get a NOC he could try going for sponsor transfer.
