Visa ban in Qatar

I have a visa ban in Qatar due to a loan outstanding. Already lost a couple of jobs in Qatar while negotiations got delayed reshedulling it with the Bank. I am currently living outside Qatar thus got another offer in Dubai. I intent to come into GCC , want to clear my dues. Also currently directly dealing with the bank but I am unable to send them the down payment they are asking. I am currently unemployed. Please help.

Can I move into Dubai without a legal problem & then Clear the loan in Qatar? will my visa application get rejected @ Dubai immigration?

Very much appreciated for you all valid inputs. My efforts are genuine, Things went wrong beyond control and took decisions for that moment. I am now looking forward to clear them. Yes Bank has no trust....trying to face the reality, But first to get a job then loan while living though it looks bit selfish.

How can you leave the country without clearing the loan ? What trust one can have on you ? First clear the loan with the bank. That should be your aim not the job.

Hi,

Please note that there is no such thing as GCC ban.some of them are misguiding you & don't believe it. Even if you have a bank loan and did not repay it due to various circumstances, it's the bank who can do the proceedings, but please note that they cannot put a ban on you.

If some one is involved in any of the criminal activities and if the police/immigration facilities are searching for someone, & if this is the case, then they will catch you at the airport, provided all the legal formalities are completed.

Hope things are clear...

There are 2 kinds of ban. 1) to the specific country another one all GCC. You have to check which ban is applicable for your case. If u have anybody in the immigration, you may do that by producing your ID Card. If it is applicable only in Qatar, then u can go to Dubai. Meanwhile, if the specific bank has any branch in Dubai, probably they have black list the party. If your visa approved in Dubai, then you can enter and get salary and pay the debt. Wish u all the best!!! but don't repeat it.

nope...i think!

One of our worker from Dubai got banned so they transferred them here in Qatar.

At first we had a hard time getting his visa approved but in the end it was still approved.
