Is Visa Cancellation required for Final Exit?

Hello Friends,

As my 2 years contract with my company is finishing on next week, I am going on Final Exit and I may go for any other GCC countries. My questions are,

1.Is visa cancellation required for my Final Exit? Because it expires on nextweek automatically.
2. How do I find whether they give Final Exit paper or Single Exit/Re-Entry paper?
3.Is it possible for them to do the Final Exit process through online during this Eid holidays?
