Hi my Friends..

I have a friend who came 6 months before in a works Visa.

He had TB 10 yrs before and during his medical here in DOHA he failed the medical due to a scar in his loungs.

So from the medical commission we got a report saying he is not fit to work and sent back.

He has done some treatments and now that Scar is no visible in the X Ray.

Is it possible me to apply a new visa for him with a NOC from the previous company?

I have tolled by one person that due to his early record of unfit we might not get the VISA.

Please tel me whether this previous record will affect the new VISA process?

Thank you.

I feel the eagerness of your friend to work and save for the future but you might take another risk if you let your friend come here in Doha. As far as I know, the scar will be forever there though it is cured, Medical Commission is very strict for that case. Also, your friend has a record here which is just recently, immigration visa has centralized system, they might see the history and may not grant any visa for him.

No harm in trying for applying his visa again but as far as i know this scar is cannot be removed for the rest of his life ived work in a hospital for five years may be his TB is healed already but the scar cannot be removed is a marked in the lungs thats why they called it scars.goodluck!
