Visa expired, but it showing as "Transferred to Resident"

Hi, I was working in Doha during 2009-2010 period. when i got another job, i came back to India without cancelling the existing job visa. But my company issued me the experience certificate once i reached India. Now when i checked the status of my visa last week in the website, it says
Visa Validity : 27-03-2010; The Visa is expired
Visa Status: "Transferred to Resident".
Can anyone tell what this Visa status means?

Hello I Faheem Ahmed. I have got job in Qatar. I am new and never go abroad before. I got Visa number today from my company and when I check online status it shows validity date 13-12-2021 and Visa status Transfered to Resident. Can any help me what is that. I never applied before this is first time I am applying for job and Visa please help me either I am doing right or wrong

I have also simmiler problem. I came from qatar last month September-22-2018. I have remaining 3 month to complete my visa but I give resign and I come. But I don't know my company cancelled me or not. When I checked the visa status its shows
Visa expire January-7-2019.and visa status Transfer to residence. What's is the mean of this status?can I go qatar coming days? Because I got job offeralready.

Transferred to Resident permit means??? I already left doha in 2010. Is there any issue for me in applying for jobs in qatar again? will they issue job visa again if i get a job there?
I am re-planning to apply for jobs either in Qatar or UAE again. So I have a doubt -
1) If i want to work in Qatar again, do i need to submit NOC or Police clearance certificate?
2) If i want to work in UAE, do i need to submit Police clearance certificate from Qatar, since i stayed more than 6 months in Qatar?
Can you pls help in answering these doubts?

transferred to resident means your visa has been transferred to resident permit. if you left in 2010 then there is no issue in coming back here as you have already passed the 2years.
and BTW your Visa is Expired already because you stayed more then the validity
give the tracking number.. the link you shared is just a link but we need to check the Application number..
