Another thing, the company send me workvisa the status as CLERICAL, even my job is analyst level. Can i still get my parents and extend family here.

Are there isssue what your title on visa status is i.e. CLERICAL

salary is good your chances of getting family residence visa is less .... even you will not get on arrival visa in GCC Countries ... better to change you title ... this can be done once you are in Doha but you must inform your sponsor.
