I got a NOC and I transferred my visa to an another company, If things dont go well the present company has promised to release me and give NOC.

Is there any time frame to be transferred from one company to another, its just 3 months I have joined the present company and I need to change my sponsorship again.

yeah you think you are privileged of having that situation. later on my dear you will suffer the consequences. it will appear in your records of how many times you have changed your sponsorship.

I guess if work period is less than 1 year with current sponsor..then you need to exit the country & come back on new visa ..

After a year with current sponsor ..You may switch locally ..

Are you talking about changing companies or girlfriends ...

Muja, This frequent changing of companies is too risky .......... I am wondering you are doing it so cool-ly ................ It will definitely go against your career growth .............. My suggestion is to give three years time at one place , you are confusing the managements who select you and spend their valuable time & costly money on the recruitment process. One must be serious when dealing with their own professional life ............... Mon, 31.08.2015, 06.45 hrs
