Hi,
I transfered my visa from one company to another before 3 months. Unfortunately my present company lost some projects. Now I got another offer. Is there any leagal problem for transfering my visa to the 3rd company just after 3 months ( provided my current employer give release to me). I am asking about the objection from labour/imigration department.

u can make outsourcing for 6 months and can be renewed for another 6 month .. outsourcing from ur company to the new company .. after that when u continue one year .. u can transfer ...

know that u only have a 3 chances of transfer ONLY

yes,legally you will have to complete 1yr with your current employer in order to change it again to the next employer....and careful this will be you last chance to change sponsorship i beleive.
