One of my friend was working UAE, and the company banned his visa without NOC on 2009 March, the company informed that he was absconded,actually he was working there., but the company did not submit any attendance register etc., the sponsor direct to give his passport to the police imigration dept. and banned without NOC., After one month the company has been closed. Now he can re-enter in UAE for any job? or get a visit visa ? Any body knows about imigration in UAE, pl. help .
