1. You can extend the visit visa if you explain to them the situation in Wakra Immigration or Gharaffa.

2. If you get the approval on or before expire the visit visa you will be able to get stamped the "Entry Visa" and it will be valid for 03 months, then within this 03 months you can go for the medical and fingerprint and stamped the Residence permit.

3. In case you couldn't renew the Visit visa, the penalty will be QR 200 per day.

for more information ring me and try to give you more information. 77323668

You just go to Gharaffa immigration with your Interview letter and show them. then Some times they will allow ur wifes visa extension two more weeks. and after Interview, if ur Family RP has approved, it will be declated within 3 days. once it approved, then you can proceed all the formalities without your wive's exit. and i think hardly one or two weeks required to complete all these formailities. but once its approved, you can stamp one temporary visa from Gharaffa Immigration. best wishes.

you should have at least 2 weeks to process a residence visa. you have to undergo again the medical, filling of the documents to the immigration, fingerprinting. or try again to apply for an extension, who knows they will approve now. best regards
